Since most of our key personnel have come from large corporate marketing backgrounds, we understand how important it is for you to deliver to your or your client's expectations. We have successfully hosted small, one day events using only a few computers at one branch to very large scale projects over several branches and several weeks. Facilities and PricingCorporate events have a different price structure to other forms of private hire since they typically require some form of exclusivity, extra staffing, access to ancillery services such as printing and refreshements, all of which can be provided in store. Hire of our facilities is normally done by physical sections of the cafes and priced accordingly. Please note that since every event is different, the prices below are indicative only. They all assume exclusivity and use of all PCs for example. Bookings over several days are subject to discounted rates. Please contact us for a detailed and tailored quotation.
Guildford
The most popular hire venue for Market Research events due to it's ease of access, town centre location and excellent demographics, typically ABC1.
Upstairs there are 10 PCs and 4 laptop points. Ratecard hire charge: £65+VAT per hour
Downstairs there are 8 PCs. Ratecard hire charge: £48+VAT per hour.
Entire cafe (both floors closed to the public) Rate card hire charge: £110+VAT per hour.
ReadingTown centre location with broader range of demographics typically lower A, higher BC1D1.
On the first floor, there are 17 PCs. Ratecard hire charge: £75+VAT per hour. NOTE: smaller, semi-exlcusive bookings of up to 7 PCs can be made at this branch, please contact us for details.
On the ground floor, there are 3 laptop points, 5 PCs, cafe and licensed bar. This area can be hired in addition to the internet area upstairs or separately as a smaller booking area. Please contact us for details
