Biog: I’m
old enough to buy alcohol, but I was asked for my ID when I wanted to get
scissors from the shop. As a Polish immigrant I speak with a ‘Borat accent’ and
drink tea with lemon instead of milk. My adventure with Quarks started a few
months ago and it was a good choice – now I’m on Facebook more often than ever!
In the past I was definitely younger, that’s for sure. The rest is silence.
Things I like: Ham,
stairs and hamsters.
Things I don’t like: Bacon.
Kevin Bacon.
Things I like about Quarks: Two
words: ‘Tuna Melt’. ‘One small melt for a man, one giant leap for mankind,’ as
people say. Moreover, fantastic atmosphere, great music and a cosy interior.
Interesting Factoid: The pronunciation of my name (phonetically) of 'Tosha' in Swahili means 'Enough'
Classic customer moment at Quarks:
Customer:
Is this an internet café?
Me: Yes,
it is.
Customer:
Do you have internet here?
Me:
Er … yes
